A high-level delegation headed by Japanese Foreign Minister Yoshimasa Hayashi is visiting Sri Lanka on the 29th Saturday. The government said that the visit is based on the existing understanding and confidence between the two countries.
A high-level delegation from Japan, which is visiting Sri Lanka, will meet and discuss with high-level government officials including President Ranil Wickremesinghe. During this, final decisions are to be taken on several new investment projects, including the launch of a light rail service project in Colombo.
